Overview

This role is designed for a junior to intermediate professional who wants to take the next step and grow into a more strategic partnership role within the affiliate and e-commerce ecosystem at adstrong.

In Short

  • Coordinate and respond to inbound partner communication (50–100 requests per month)
  • Assist in CPO negotiations and budget discussions
  • Help identify and develop new partnership opportunities
  • Prepare performance reports for internal stakeholders
  • Support the Affiliate Partnerships Manager and Head of Affiliates with ongoing initiatives
  • Attend selected partner events and trade shows

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar
  • 1+ year in a client-facing role
  • Initial experience managing client or partner accounts
  • Familiar with CPO, CTR, ROAS, AOV, CPC
  • Experience with CRM tools or willingness to learn quickly
  • Fluent English and either Spanish or French required; multilingual candidates (e.g. Italian or German) are highly valued
  • E-commerce, PPC, or affiliate marketing knowledge is a plus
