Overview

Axon Strategic Account Executives are seasoned SaaS sales professionals focused on new product sales. This role works alongside existing Key Account Directors who work with Axon’s Major Law Enforcement agencies in the country. Your role is to augment the Key Account Directors, lead discovery efforts and thought leadership around the complex procurement of RMS (Records Management System) and Use of Force/Internal Affairs tracking software.

In Short

  • Work with sales partners to build pre-sales plans and relationships.
  • Build relevant and impactful demos for prospective customers.
  • Identify known and latent pain points within agencies.
  • Articulate solutions to solve problems through adoption of Axon Records.
  • Coordinate stakeholders for procurement documentation.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to drive revenue growth.
  • Build strategic plans to grow market share and customer satisfaction.
  • Own relationships with trade organizations.
  • Track customer activity to identify opportunities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of successful customer-facing SaaS Sales experience.
  • Solution or consultative sales experience.
  • Proven ability to drive adoption of technology solutions.
  • History of top-level sales performance.
  • Able to articulate complex solutions to diverse audiences.
  • Willing to travel 50-75% of the time.
