Overview

As a Strategic Account Executive at Zylo, you will own a book of business comprising 30–40 existing strategic accounts, focusing on customer satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities in SaaS Management.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Own and manage renewal processes to minimize churn.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Develop tailored account plans to drive customer ROI.
  • Analyze SaaS usage and spend data for actionable insights.
  • Schedule and manage multiple customer engagements.
  • Provide updates on account health and growth opportunities.
  • Stay current on SaaS Management trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in strategic account management or business development in SaaS.
  • Proven track record in customer retention and upselling.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset for interpreting complex data.
  • Exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of SaaS Management principles is a plus.
  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • IT, Procurement, or ITAM experience preferred.
