Overview

Zylo is looking for an exceptional and passionate Customer Marketing Lead to develop and execute our overall customer marketing strategies to support adoption, loyalty, advocacy, and expansion with our rapidly growing client base.

In Short

  • Partner with the Zylo Content Marketing team to drive client inclusions in blogs, videos, conferences, eBooks, PR, user conferences, and more.
  • Develop and execute a client communication strategy: newsletters, emails, and in-app messaging.
  • Source, develop, and showcase client stories that highlight product value.
  • Support product launches that leverage our community for early adoption and feedback.
  • Collaborate with product management to develop product and feature adoption strategies.
  • Partner with the revenue marketing team to develop expansion campaigns.
  • Measure and drive program effectiveness with clear KPIs.
  • Effectively identify, recruit, track, and enable client advocates.
  • Own Customer Advisory Board and create structured feedback loops.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing with at least 2 years focused on customer marketing.
  • Strong written communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Well organized, self-driven and committed to detail.
  • Proven track record in building clear ROI for customer marketing.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, 6sense, AppCues, and Webinar technology.
  • Deep interest in AI tools to accelerate marketing initiatives.
