Overview

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Marketing Lead to join our Growth Marketing team. As the primary top funnel strategist, you’ll be accountable for developing, deploying, testing, and optimizing multi-channel adoption tactics across email, push notification, SMS, and landing pages in direct support of new client launches and our large database of existing clients. Your goal is to drive initial awareness, engagement, and ultimately new user registrations for Tapcheck.

In Short

  • Develop and deploy hyper-personalized, multi-channel adoption tactics for new and existing clients.
  • Develop and deploy recurring promotions focusing on generating positive ROI.
  • Regularly author strategy briefs for stakeholder buy-in.
  • Monitor, analyze, and document channel and business metrics.
  • Create and maintain audience segmentation and personalization strategies.
  • Design and implement test roadmaps to optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Marketing or Lifecycle Marketing.
  • Experience with Braze or comparable communications platforms.
  • Strategic experience alongside Sales, Product, and Data teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and project management abilities.
  • Experience optimizing landing pages is a plus.
