Overview

This role involves providing User Provisioned Desktop based Operational Service & Support for multiple clients, focusing on 2nd line technical support in a cloud environment.

In Short

  • Provide 2nd line technical support for multiple clients.
  • Work in a cloud environment of Windows Server 2003/2008R2/7/10.
  • Diagnose and resolve incidents/problems experienced by customers.
  • Utilize Active Directory and Citrix tooling for troubleshooting.
  • Support desktop and laptop hardware/software issues.
  • Use SCCM console for software delivery issues.
  • Maintain and administer Knowledge base.
  • Possess strong customer service and communication skills.
  • May require security vetting.
  • UK nationals only, no dual nationals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Essential knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Office 365.
  • Desirable skills in Citrix Xenapp, Microsoft/Citrix/VMWare certification.
  • Experience with networking and Microsoft Exchange.
  • Willingness to undertake security vetting.
