Requirements

• Strong background in ServiceNow solution design.
• Experience in gap analysis and requirements gathering.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in organizational change management.
• Ability to lead and manage client relationships.
• Certifications in key ServiceNow modules preferred.
