We are looking for a Senior Total Rewards Analyst with strong analytical capabilities and a focus on employee benefits to support and enhance our Total Rewards function and contribute meaningfully to the People Operations team.

• Analyze and support the implementation of total rewards programs focused on employee benefits.
• Monitor and evaluate benefits program effectiveness through data analysis.
• Conduct audits of benefits enrollments and payroll deductions.
• Serve as a resource for employee inquiries related to benefits.
• Collaborate on the annual benefits cycle and vendor communications.
• Assist in annual compensation cycle processes.
• Support compensation benchmarking and analysis.
• Develop total rewards communications to enhance employee understanding.
• Contribute to benefits education and compliance initiatives.
• Support People Operations with analytical or project-based work.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Total Rewards experience with data analysis strength.
• Familiarity with HRIS technologies, preferably Workday.
• Understanding of rewards and recognition methods.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Initiative and flexibility in handling time-sensitive requests.
• Experience administering benefits plans.
