Overview

The SME Sales Manager - LATAM position will play a crucial role in accelerating the growth of Awin’s presence with a strong focus on LATAM. This strategic role focuses on educating and guiding small and medium sized advertisers through the value proposition of Awin’s affiliate marketing platform and managed services.

In Short

  • Develop & maintain a Latam and Global prospect/sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
  • Conduct targeted outbound prospecting efforts to identify potential clients.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs and communicate how our product/service can address their requirements.
  • Communicate and negotiate internally and externally to develop profitable business relationships.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations to showcase the unique value proposition.
  • Engage with senior decision-makers about strategic market trends.
  • Ensure consistency in proposals to prospects.
  • Attend client and industry events to enhance relationships.
  • Engage in continuous development and learning opportunities.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to signed contract.

Requirements

  • Preferred affiliate marketing experience but not required.
  • Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident communicator comfortable interacting with clients.
  • Results-oriented with a drive to maximize opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
