Junior Software Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Junior Software Engineer, you will be part of a cross-functional, customer-focused team working on extending and maintaining our Affiliate Marketing platform. You will advocate for writing clean, secure, and well-tested code, following best practices and helping to improve them to make the code more open and reusable.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in commercial Software Engineering roles.
• Basic understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
• Experience with Java (v17+) and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in SQL and understanding of relational database design.
• Exposure to Docker and cloud technologies like AWS.
• Passion for writing clean, maintainable code.
• Awareness of RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
