Overview

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for managing the full cycle of recruiting and sourcing talent for various positions, while building relationships with hiring managers and community organizations.

• Handle all aspects of talent sourcing and recruiting.
• Coordinate full-cycle recruiting for open positions.
• Use traditional and non-traditional resources for candidate sourcing.
• Manage candidate engagement and ensure a positive experience.
• Deliver and negotiate employment offers.
• Maintain tracking system for requisition and applicant activity.
• Assist with recruitment events and community outreach.
• Develop networks through industry contacts and university relations.
• Comply with company policies related to recruiting.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting or human resource experience.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• High energy and passion for recruiting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong PC skills with business software.
