Overview

The Sensors Market Development Manager is responsible for driving top line growth and developing new business opportunities utilizing a full suite of Avery Dennison RFID solutions and products.

• Identify, assess, develop and manage new programs and business opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop market right products.
• Work with customers to identify unmet needs.
• Navigate complex problems to determine solutions.
• Initiate and present ROI business case analysis.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market insights.
• Communicate key value propositions to customers.
• Develop customized go-to-market strategies.
• Support Marketing on forecasting for products.
• Build relationships with business partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• Deep knowledge in Market Development and RFID industry.
• 5-10+ years of experience in business development or sales.
• Understanding of RFID labels manufacturing.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Fluent in French.
• Ability to travel frequently (50% +).
