Senior Software Engineer - PHP - Remote

• You will Lead the design & development of major features of the product.

• You will be reporting to Senior Manager - Engineering.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in PHP development with an understanding of OOP (Object-Oriented Programming).
• Proficiency in modern PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter with an understanding of MVC architecture.
• Proficiency in working with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools.
• Knowledge of security best practices to reduce vulnerabilities such as SQL injection, XSS, CSRF.
• Knowledge of Cloud Platforms (preferably AWS), Docker, Kubernetes.
• DB design and debugging skills (PostGre SQL, MySql, SQL Server).
• A Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or 3 years with a Master's, or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience working within an agile team is important.
• Debugging skills.
• Experience with object-oriented development and common design patterns.
• Experience creating detailed technical documentation.
