Overview

We're looking for a strategic, creative, and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to join our Partner Marketing team. Our mission is to create a partner experience by providing engagement strategies and marketing resources that empower partners to successfully start, run, and grow their business with Avalara.

• Develop and execute strategies to recruit new partners.
• Drive awareness through digital campaigns and partner events.
• Lead launch plans for newly signed partners.
• Redesign marketing guides aligned with Avalara products.
• Work with partner managers to track early-stage partner performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective partner onboarding.
• Optimize go-to-market strategies and partner activation.
• Contribute to revenue growth and adoption of Avalara solutions.
• Excellent project management skills required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in partner marketing or channel marketing.
• Proven ability to recruit and activate partners.
• Experience with B2B marketing strategies.
• Fluent English.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and embrace challenges.
