Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in partnership marketing.
• Proven experience managing co-marketing campaigns.

• Proficiency with marketing automation tools.
• Data-driven mindset for performance analysis.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in the HCM or HR tech industry.
