Overview

As an Outside Account Executive at APS, you will showcase and sell innovative payroll and HR solutions, connecting with prospective clients to transform their workforce management processes.

In Short

  • Meet and exceed annual revenue quota.
  • Prospect and develop leads to generate new business.
  • Conduct online demos of APS products.
  • Manage sales activities and opportunity pipeline in Salesforce.com.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on lead quality and conversion.
  • Transition clients from sales to implementation smoothly.
  • Travel required 60% of the time.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience in B2B sales preferred.
  • Knowledge of web-based technology.
  • Strong communication skills with business executives.
  • Experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Chorus preferred.
  • Client-centric focus and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
