Overview

Join Our Team as a Scrum Master! We are searching for a dynamic Scrum Master to join our growing organization, serving as the facilitator for the Engineer Teams using the scrum methodology.

In Short

• Coordinate and monitor the scrum process from initiation through delivery.
• Partner with the Product Team for release planning.
• Maintain product backlog and facilitate productivity.
• Influence and collaborate for continuous improvement.
• Lead daily scrums, sprint reviews, and planning meetings.
• Ensure team members understand project objectives.
• Other responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred.
• 4+ years of implementation or process management experience.
• 3+ years of teams management preferred.
• Scrum master certification preferred.
• Experience with JIRA or similar ticket management system.
• Strong client centric focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
