Overview

The Strategic Territory Sales Representative creates new and expansion business in Strategic Territory accounts to meet financial and our goals. This job is assigned a sales quota and performance is measured by meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual targets within a defined list of accounts.

In Short

  • Grow new and expansion business within strategic territory accounts.
  • Focus on Architecture, Engineering & Construction customers.
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with sales teams.
  • Evaluate customer profiles and create value messaging.
  • Negotiate deals and contracts with targeted accounts.
  • Deliver accurate forecasts of business activity.
  • Work closely with customer success teams for renewal business.
  • Engage with executive-level partners to influence outcomes.
  • Manage diary/calendar effectively.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com for account management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience.
  • Experience in selling complex technology solutions.
  • Ability to exceed quotas in a structured sales environment.
  • Experience with multiple product portfolios.
  • Proficiency in consultative sales methodologies.
  • Experience in strategic account planning.
  • Ability to forecast and report on account activity.
  • Experience selling with channel partners.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
