Overview

The Account Services Manager develops deep relationships with customers using GCPay to maximize retention and expand product usage, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Develop strong relationships with customers as their trusted advisor.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction managing a portfolio of customers.
• Generate referrals and meetings for new business.

• Monitor and analyze product use for continued adoption.
• Update company CRM with customer account information.
• Attend meetings and coordinate with internal teams as required.
• Travel to high value accounts as needed (expected travel < 25%).
• Collaborate with the Finance team to rectify billing issues.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of account management experience in software.
• Existing experience with or ability to understand GCPay.
• Exceptional customer focus and communication skills.
• Ability to excel in a dynamic environment with minimum supervision.
