Overview

The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and driving the growth of Diamond and other MasterBrand cabinet lines within Lowe’s home improvement stores, focusing on increasing market share by cultivating relationships and providing expert training.

In Short

  • Grow & maintain MasterBrand sales for Lowe’s in the designated territory.
  • Train and mentor new Lowe’s in-store designers.
  • Build relationships and generate sales from existing designers.
  • Assist designers in closing store sales.
  • Manage sales visits every 3-4 weeks, requiring frequent travel.
  • Facilitate issue resolution for unsatisfied customers.
  • Receive product in new and existing stores.
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing Design or related field preferred.
  • Outgoing and driven personality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong written and presentation skills.
  • Computer skills are essential.
  • Valid driver’s license with a good standing record.
  • Kitchen design experience preferred.
  • Experience with 20/20 software preferred.
  • Sales experience in large home centers preferred.
  • Cabinet industry knowledge preferred.
