Overview

The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for hunting new business from both existing and new customers within a given sales territory. This role involves managing, building, and developing a pipeline of sales opportunities and achieving targets through qualified leads and outbound lead generation.

  • Work closely with Sales Development Representatives.
  • Identify decision-makers and their business needs.
  • Manage in-person sales meetings to close deals.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with virtual team members and channel partners.

Requirements

  • Experience in inside sales or office-based sales.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple sales cycles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Drive to improve sales skills continuously.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Background in Architecture & Construction is a plus.
