Overview

The Customer Success Advisor (CSA) is responsible for driving value in the "Onboard" and "Use" lifecycle stages as they deploy Autodesk solutions, focusing on creating customer loyalty through exceptional experiences.

In Short

  • Establish and execute onboarding and adoption strategies for Autodesk solutions.
  • Assist customers with onboarding new solutions and respond to inquiries.
  • Identify at-risk customers to enhance product usage and value.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and partners to drive customer success.
  • Close data-driven customer success initiatives.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and continued adoption of products.
  • Capture customer success stories.
  • Support sales in expanding business relationships.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer success management required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Enthusiastic approach to understanding customer needs.
  • Proven ability to develop customer relationships.
  • Experience in managing accounts for retention and satisfaction.
