Regional Service Manager - Northeast - Remote

Overview

The Regional Service Manager position is responsible for managing all aspects of service for dealerships and customers and ensures satisfaction with service work.

• Responsible for overall service delivery performance and customer satisfaction levels of assigned region.
• Assists in developing corrective action plans with dealerships and customers.
• Tracks, reports, and follows up on product and technical issues.
• Gives suggestions on improving dealership service operations.
• Develops and manages strong relationships with customers and dealerships.
• Coordinates with engineering and technical service departments.
• Coordinates cost-effective travel schedules.
• Must be able to travel 75-100% of the time.
• Maintains customer confidence in the Autocar product.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or three to five years related experience.
• Previous experience in the Heavy-Duty Truck industry required.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts.
• Ability to define problems and collect data.
• Thorough working knowledge of MS Office.
• Class B Commercial Driver License or ability to obtain.
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification or ability to obtain.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
