Overview

We are looking for you for our open position as Organizational Talent for Inventory Management (d/m/w)! Start in the Real Estate Team and be responsible for the real estate management of our WKDA Real Estate & Procurement Departments.

In Short

• Conduct written and telephone correspondence with owners, landlords, property management, authorities, and colleagues.
• Maintain close contact with internal and external contacts to ensure all requirements are met.
• Plan and coordinate measures and service providers for the opening of new locations and optimization of our location processes.
• Take responsibility for the maintenance and repair of our branches to ensure continuous operation.
• Possess strong organizational skills and maintain an overview even in stressful situations.
• Have experience or interest in organizational tasks and want to apply your skills in a new area.
• Bring experience from hospitality, gastronomy, or another service-oriented field.
• Be communicative, assertive, and enjoy working both independently and in a team.
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form are necessary.
• Be part of a motivated and regional team that supports you with expertise.

• Experience in real estate management or related fields.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Team-oriented with a proactive approach.
• Fluency in German is essential.
