Overview

AuthZed is seeking a Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our fast-growing startup. This role is central to our growth. You’ll focus on identifying and engaging potential customers, supporting our sales team in sales activities, and being the “tip of the spear” in our GTM efforts.

In Short

  • Research and identify prospects using ICP definitions.
  • Create and implement outbound sequences through various channels.
  • Book meetings with target personas to convert to opportunities.
  • Prioritize inbound leads in collaboration with Marketing.
  • Coordinate initial meetings and ensure smooth execution.
  • Manage follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine sales materials.
  • Help organize and execute events for lead generation.
  • Represent the AuthZed brand professionally in all interactions.
  • Maintain CRM systems and track outreach activities.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales development role.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
