Overview

Mixpanel is an event analytics platform for builders who need answers from their data at their fingertips—no SQL required. The Support Engineer will help users solve technical challenges and use Mixpanel to make impactful product decisions.

In Short

• Support customers by answering product questions and debugging technical issues.
• Respond to inquiries via Zendesk email, online chat, and phone calls.
• Document bugs and feature requests for the Product and Engineering teams.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and designers to improve the product.
