Senior Technical Program Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will champion stakeholder satisfaction by leading and empowering cross-functional teams in accelerating the delivery of program initiatives. This is a newly created position within a growing TPM function, and you will have the opportunity to help shape a modern technical program management organization.

In Short

• Lead large-scale, complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects and initiatives that drive customer value and impact for our users.
• Manage technology focused discussions with senior leadership by providing valuable insights and recommendations.
• Lead programs by achieving alignment on program scope and release planning.
• Be a key member in building out and expanding the TPM function across the R&D organization.
• Provide visibility to program status report on an ongoing basis to all stakeholders.
• Identify and take ownership of tasks to improve developer/engineer efficiency.
• Implement processes that drive accountability and integrity in estimation practices.
• Act as a scrum master for development teams.

Requirements

• 5-6+ years experience in technical program management or operational role.
• BA/BS degree in engineering, computer science, or similar degree.
• Prior experience leading large scale, enterprise programs within a software or SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of data-driven decision making.
• Strong communication and proven ability to develop relationships with senior executives.
• Deep experience with the software development lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and prior experience managing competing tasks.
• Extensive project management experience and understanding of supporting frameworks.
