Technical Program Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Program Manager who can lead large, strategic, and complex projects across our product, engineering, and design team.

In Short

• Lead initiatives and cross-team projects with limited guidance.
• Manage reporting tools & report creation of key engineering operation metrics.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers across several teams.
• Work within an Agile software development life cycle.
• Create and maintain a detailed program plan.
• Ensure visibility into program progress reporting to stakeholders.
• Drive the resolution of blockers and remediation of risks.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficient in identifying and mitigating risks for projects.
• Motivation to work hard and continuously learn.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a technical industry.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience working on SaaS web applications.
• Experience with Jira.
• PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner or Scrum certified/experienced.
• Ability to deal with ambiguous problems.
• Strong communicator.
• Proficient in authoring status updates and risk assessments.
• Understanding of effective processes.
• Motivation to continuously learn.
