Technical Program Manager - Remote

Overview

Our Client is a fast-growing proprietary trading firm handling hundreds of millions of dollars in trading volume and is looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to take their team to the next level.

In Short

• Lead highly complex technical programs spanning architecture, digital transformation, cloud migration, AI, and platform engineering.
• Own and drive multiple high-impact technical programs ensuring on-time delivery.
• Translate the CTO’s strategic vision into a structured, actionable roadmap.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies and backlog grooming for efficient engineering delivery.
• Establish SOPs and compliance frameworks for engineering teams.
• Bridge engineering, product, and business teams for alignment.
• Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks.
• Regularly report progress and updates to executive leadership.
• Continuously improve engineering workflows and processes.
• Oversee third-party relationships ensuring vendors meet SLAs.

Requirements

• 5+ years leading large-scale technical programs in fintech, SaaS, or tech environments.
• Experience with Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe Agile methodologies.
• Strong background in release management and process optimization.
• PMP, PgMP, or SAFe Certification is a plus.
• Proven delivery ownership of complex engineering projects.
• Knowledge of AWS, GCP, Azure, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to enforce governance frameworks and structured reporting.
• Strong executive-level communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian is an asset.
