Technical Program Manager - Remote

Overview

The Technical Program Manager (TPM) will lead and coordinate cross-functional efforts in the development, execution, and lifecycle management of an engineering team focused on enhancing and evolving a core area of our product. You will leverage your expertise in Agile, Lean and design thinking to empower the team, guiding their day-to-day focus towards delivering meaningful customer value while achieving product, engineering and company objectives.

• Strategic Program Leadership: Collaborates with other members of the TPM team to identify problems, define and communicate the overarching product and engineering vision, strategy and roadmap, aligning with company objectives, market trends, and customer requirements.
• Team Collaboration: Lead cross-functional engineering initiatives, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages communication, knowledge sharing, and innovation.
• Program Lifecycle Management: Guide the team through the end-to-end program lifecycle process, including ideation, innovation, requirements gathering, defining the architecture, identifying the solution, managing quality and release planning.
• Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence: Stay informed of market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
• Product Research and Feature Cohesion: Collaborate with partner Product Managers and research team to gather insights and validate hypotheses.
