Technical Program Manager - Remote

Overview

In this role, you will be part of an elite group of Technical Program Managers driving programs across LivePerson’s Global Product and Technology Unit, with a specific focus on Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring smooth execution from concept to launch and beyond.

In Short

• Oversee and optimize the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch enhancements.
• Define and implement best practices in Product Lifecycle Management.
• Interact with cross-functional stakeholders, driving strategic alignment.
• Identify risks and dependencies, ensuring cross-functional alignment to meet business objectives.
• Create and maintain program timelines, communicating overall program health.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment across vertical teams.
• Present issues and risks to leadership, offering strategic recommendations.
• Work closely with engineering, product, operations, sales, and customer success teams.
• Challenge organizational processes and propose improvements to PLM workflows.
• Track adherence to schedules and ensure performance targets are met.
• Work with remote, globally distributed teams.

Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in technical program/project management.
• Proven experience leading cross-team PLM programs.
• Expertise in product lifecycle best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, or similar methodologies.
• Experience analyzing cost/benefit of feature development.
• Familiarity with Generative AI and AI-driven product development is a plus.
• Strong customer-centric mindset.
• Exceptional communication, writing, and organizational skills.
• A passion for building high-quality products.
