Overview

As a Sales Compensation Analyst at AuditBoard, you will play a crucial role in streamlining commission and bonus calculations while collaborating with various teams to enhance processes.

In Short

  • Process monthly commissions and bonuses for employees.
  • Improve processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Review sales data related to compensation calculations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize commission processes.
  • Support inquiries from external auditors.
  • Track and analyze compensation issues for timely resolution.
  • Generate documentation on compensation plans and FAQs.
  • Ensure timely submission of commission payments to payroll.
  • Assist in configuring and optimizing commission software tools.
  • Prepare ad hoc analysis and participate in projects as needed.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or incentives compensation.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, NetSuite, and CaptivateIQ.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel is required.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and ability to improve processes.
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation.
  • Detail-oriented self-starter with problem-solving skills.
