Overview

We are looking for an energized and commercially minded National Account Manager to help ASUS successfully deliver the Customer Value Proposition to our eCommerce partners to fulfill our Promise of Mutual Value Creation and generate sustainable growth.

In Short

  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with key retail accounts.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with customers.
  • Utilize business analytics to support business development.
  • Manage operational, sales, and inventory processes.
  • Coordinate meetings with business units/accounts.
  • Handle customer service issues effectively.
  • Conduct competitive and market analysis.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and product management.
  • Input forecasts for product management.
  • Travel domestically as needed (approximately 10%).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • 3-5 years of eCommerce account management experience.
  • Intermediate experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities.
  • Confidence in presenting to large groups.
  • Team player with problem-solving initiative.
  • Proficient in English; Mandarin is a plus.
  • Experience in consumer electronics sales is preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com is beneficial.
