Senior Software Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Senior Software Engineer is responsible for contributing to the technical design and implementation of software projects in accordance with the company’s architecture strategy and vision.

• Key member of the software development team.
• Evaluates and implements best technologies for technical problems.
• Provides technical leadership in system design and code reviews.
• Designs and implements complex back-end algorithms.
• Ensures operationalization of the team’s codebase.

• Participates in cross-team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Helps raise technical skills of less experienced engineers.

Requirements

• Experience in Agile software delivery.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages.
• Experience with BDD, TDD, and pair programming.
• Version control experience with Git.
• Experience with relational data stores.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools.
• Cloud provider experience preferred.
• Full-stack web development experience preferred.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience preferred.
