Overview

The Customer Success Associate (CSA) will play an integral role in delivering our services to customers on their purchased programs, ensuring program success and exceptional service throughout the customer lifecycle.

  • Eagerness to learn about changing regulations.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Applications.
