In Short

• Build and lead partnerships with financial institutions in the US.
• Represent Aspire in industry events and regulatory engagements.
• Collaborate with Product, Commercial, Legal, and Compliance teams.
• Develop and optimize a comprehensive partnership plan.
• Support product launches and go-to-market execution.
• Ensure adherence to local regulatory requirements.
• Oversee licensing applications for the US entity.
• Minimum 8-12 years of work experience required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills needed.
• Good communication and negotiation skills essential.

Requirements

• 8-12 years total work experience, with 5+ years in the money service business.
• Understanding of transaction banking and cash management.
• Experience with state and federal regulators.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communicator with negotiation skills.
• Based in San Francisco.
