Overview

This position's primary responsibility is to develop opportunities and close business for Ascend Technologies Managed Services offerings through strong new account development strategies and consultative selling.

  • Drive customer interest in services.
  • Qualify opportunities and ensure the right focus on accounts.
  • Lead the sales process and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts.
  • Close business and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage business with accurate forecasting.
  • Utilize Salesforce for account management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years successful managed services sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a technology field.
  • Ability to develop relationships with decision makers.
  • Experience with premium, complex B2B services sales.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and initiative.
  • PC and Internet skills, including Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • Occasional travel required.
