Overview

As a Backend Engineer at Artisan, you will be responsible for designing and implementing foundational platforms and systems that integrate with our AI Employees, enhancing our outbound sales tools and processes.

In Short

Drive the design and implementation of foundational platforms.

Develop containerized applications using Docker.
Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automation.
Identify opportunities for improvements in programming practices.
Present technical information to teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

3+ years of full-time engineering experience in back-end systems.
Experience in software development with distributed systems.
Proven ownership of successful engineering projects.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with containerization and deployment technologies.
Familiarity with NoSQL and structured databases.
Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices.
