Overview

Articulate is looking for a Commercial Account Executive to join our amazing team. You will be calling on customers and prospects in the Mid Market segment, achieving success through productive interactions that lead to revenue and customer satisfaction.

In Short

  • Manage pipeline using MEDDPICC & Challenger Sales methodologies.
  • Develop strategies for acquiring new customers and growing existing accounts.
  • Demonstrate competency around Articulate 360 and other products.
  • Conduct needs analysis and provide product demonstrations.
  • Create quarterly territory plans and sales quotes.
  • Meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Work cooperatively with other teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new applications.
  • Respond to incoming sales inquiries during business hours.
  • Other sales duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with cold outreach and cold calling.
  • Solid computer skills, including Salesforce and/or Outreach.
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage personal sales pipeline independently.
  • Positive attitude and energetic phone presence.
  • BA or BS degree or equivalent experience.
