Overview

Articul8 AI is seeking an exceptional Strategic Partnerships Lead to join us in shaping the future of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI). This role is responsible for building and growing relationships with partners and driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition amongst the partners' audience.

In Short

• Develop and manage new accounts and maintain current business relationships.
• Act as a liaison between Articul8 and Strategic Partners.
• Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
• Identify and pitch opportunities to partners.
• Maintain a calendar of acquisition-focused opportunities.
• Attend and engage in partner events.
• Collaborate with Marketing to create collateral.
• Create partner contracts and attribution tracking.
• Report monthly on leads, sales, and retention.

Requirements

• 10+ years in strategic partnerships and/or account management.
• C-Level customer engagement experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage challenging partner personalities.
• Strong follow-up on communication.
• Ability to serve partners outside normal business hours.
