Fundraising and Partnerships Manager - Remote

Overview

The organization is currently looking for a Fundraising and Partnerships Manager to work directly with the Fundraising and Partnerships Lead and the Co-founders in a Senior role. The candidate will be expected to establish, grow and lead partnerships with key investors and stakeholders at a state, national and global level.

In Short

• Identify and engage in funding and partnership opportunities with international donors, NGOs, and government partners.
• Co-lead relationship management with key ecosystem partners.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with government and civil society officials.
• Inspire and support the team in fundraising and partnerships.
• Co-lead the investor partnerships value chain.
• Develop strategic partnerships with governments and organizations in education.
• Manage relationships with Board members and advisors.
• Implement and maintain a detailed fundraising strategy.
• Identify and nurture potential donors and funding windows.
• Represent the organization at national and international events.

Requirements

• Minimum graduate with 3 years of work experience.
• Experience in successful fundraising/partnership efforts in the ECCE space.
• Strong communication skills with team and stakeholders.
• Mission-driven, enthusiastic, and optimistic.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a high growth environment.
