Overview

The organization is looking to add an experienced Hiring Manager to its Operations team, responsible for identifying and recruiting high-quality professionals to support its rapid growth.

• Develop and execute hiring plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring requirements.

• Oversee the full recruitment life cycle.
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal stakeholders regarding hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate records of hiring activities.
• Prepare reports on hiring performance.
• Continuously evaluate and refine hiring processes.
• Work with the Communications team to enhance the organizational brand.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in Recruitment roles.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Experience with candidate screening and evaluation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Exceptional writing skills in English.
• Familiarity with social media and professional networks.
• Ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
• Experience in social development is preferred.
• Fluency in Hindi is a plus.
