Overview

The Specialty Sales Representative is responsible for launch preparation activities and driving brand recognition and adoption within a given geography, engaging with customers and stakeholders in the healthcare field.

  • Engage with healthcare providers, hospital staff, and pharmacists.
  • Develop business relationships with strategic accounts.
  • Deliver effective product presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive brand growth.
  • Understand payer landscapes and facilitate patient access.
  • Comply with industry regulations and company values.
  • Up to 25% overnight travel may be required.
  • Must reside in the assigned territory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or life sciences preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in life sciences or medical device industry.
  • 3+ years of field-based account management experience.
  • Experience in Allergy/Immunology markets preferred.
  • Proven track record in pharmaceutical sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze business trends and opportunities.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Must meet credentialing requirements for access to medical facilities.
  • Ability to travel within territory for meetings and events.
