Field Service Technician - Remote

Overview

The Field Service Technician role at Arrow International involves diagnosing and resolving software and hardware issues for electronic gaming products while providing exceptional customer support.

In Short

• Diagnose software and hardware problems.
• Log service calls in Salesforce.
• Provide remote phone support.
• Escalate tier 2/3 issues as necessary.

• Assist customers with equipment configuration.
• Train distributors and customers on equipment use.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Computer Technologies or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in electronic and PC technologies.
• Support knowledge of SQL, Windows Active Directory, and Networking.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to read schematics.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
• Self-motivated with effective planning skills.
• Competency in various software applications including MSOffice.
• Field support experience preferred.
