Overview

The Field Sales Representative position focuses on building relationships with customers in the passive, electro-mechanical, and connector sectors while driving sales for a Fortune 500 company.

In Short

  • Define critical markets and identify new customers.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a 4-year degree and 2–4 years of related experience.
  • Experience in a hunter-type sales role.
  • Familiarity with interconnect and passive components.
  • Proficiency in sales tracking systems.
  • Ability to build relationships with key suppliers.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Willingness to travel to clients as needed.
  • Must be able to work in a technical and engineering environment.
  • Experience with pricing programs in the electronics industry.
