Overview

Arkatechture is looking for an Account Manager to help our customers achieve their data-driven strategic goals, focusing on nurturing long-term customer relationships and driving increased Net Revenue Retention.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in account management.
  • Proven success in building customer relationships.
  • SaaS experience required.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to identify upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborative working style.
