Arize is the leading AI observability and Evaluation platform to help AI teams discover issues, diagnose problems, and improve the results of their AI Applications. We are looking for a fast-paced, client-obsessed Account Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset to nurture and grow new customers.

In Short

  • Manage customer relationships and foster adoption and growth of Arize
  • Handle renewal contracts and upsells directly with customers
  • Build relationships with AI/ML users
  • Manage an account plan and align the Arize team
  • Identify areas of growth and upsell opportunities
  • Demonstrate the product’s capabilities
  • Work closely with the Customer Success Engineering team
  • Conduct discovery with customers
  • Prospect wider into customer accounts
  • Manage customer feature requests

Requirements

  • 3+ years SaaS sales experience
  • Familiarity with sales technologies
  • Experience with customer renewals
  • Self-starter in limited process environments
  • Full-cycle customer experience
  • Ability to demo the Arize platform
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong account management skillset
  • Familiar with SaaS negotiations
