Senior Accountant - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Accountant at Arize, you will play a critical role in executing accounting policies and processes to support our financial growth goals, focusing on revenue recognition and accounts receivable.

• Lead revenue recognition for SaaS products.
• Manage accounts receivable and collections processes.
• Prepare revenue recognition analysis under ASC 606.
• Support sales team with billing and contract inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with sales tax regulations.
• Participate in monthly close procedures.
• Assist in annual financial audits.
• Drive improvements in accounting processes.
• Work closely with Finance team leadership.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of accounting experience, preferably in SaaS or tech.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Public accounting experience and CPA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and revenue recognition standards.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Discretion in handling sensitive information.
