In Short

• Technical consulting and presentation of our solutions to potential customers.
• Conduct needs assessments to ensure solution fit.
• Document and understand customer environments including security solutions and network architecture.
• Competitive analysis to highlight our unique selling propositions.
• Support regional growth initiatives like webinars and marketing events.
• Collaborate with sales colleagues to drive customer engagement.
• Utilize tools like Salesforce and Microsoft 365.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing role, ideally in security.
• 2 years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructures: networks, identity management, cloud services.
• Technical understanding of security topics: security frameworks, incident response.
• Ability to present complex technical issues clearly.
• Structured work style, strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with security-related IT projects.
• Certifications like CISSP, GCIH, CISA are desirable.
