The Manager, Incident Response leads a team of incident response specialists at Arctic Wolf, responsible for training and enabling their team to deliver world-class incident response work.

In Short

  • Lead a hybrid team of 4-10 incident response specialists.
  • Manage and assign cases based on skillset and availability.
  • Ensure high-quality incident response work.
  • Conduct technical reviews and validate findings.
  • Train team members to advance their skill sets.
  • Develop advanced incident response plans for clients.
  • Participate in on-call schedules during weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
  • Conduct team performance reviews.
  • Assist with cyber extortion negotiation strategies.
  • Maintain technical abilities for complex cases.

Requirements

  • Experience in incident response and cybersecurity.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Proficient in forensic analysis techniques.
  • Ability to train and mentor team members.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in managing multiple cases simultaneously.
